Arts & Business Collaborative
The Amherst and Pioneer Valley
is a hot-bed of creative energy, but it is unfortunate that there remains a creative “block” between right and left brain folks and local and regional businesses and government. Our goal is to reach out to local/regional business leaders and help them connect with their creative artistic partners. Working with Valley Art share and other organizations, we hope to provide a link between artists and businesses and create a supportive environment that will bring more art into the community; provide businesses with creative resources, provide artists exhibition opportunities in store fronts and other outlets. We will encourage the same collaboration with the Town of Amherst and the 5 colleges in providing access for public art displays and events.
